ELEVATE is designed for Mark43 customers and their teams. Whether you're a Chief, IT Director, Dispatcher, Records Manager, Crime Analyst, or Patrol Commander — if your agency runs on Mark43, this conference is built for you. Sessions, training, and roadmap access are tailored specifically for the people who use and administer the platform day-to-day.

Yes — agencies registering four or more attendees are eligible for a group discount. Contact events@mark43.com for details.
Can I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
Can I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event (by January 9, 2027) are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after that date are eligible for a 50% refund through February 5, 2027, and are non-refundable after that point.
Registrations are transferable to another attendee from the same organization at no charge. To transfer or cancel, contact events@mark43.com.

Yes — ELEVATE 2027 has a dedicated event app. Use it to browse the full session schedule, build your personal agenda, receive real-time updates and announcements, connect with other attendees, and navigate the venue. Download details will be shared closer to the event.

Business casual is the standard at ELEVATE. New Orleans in March averages 60–70°F. Evening events tend to be more relaxed — comfortable shoes are always a good idea!

Yes — guests are welcome to join select evening networking events and receptions. Guest registration will open at a later date; pricing and details will follow in a separate communication. Guest passes do not include access to sessions, training, or breakouts.
